Welcome to Darna. By downloading, accessing, or using the Darna mobile application or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Darna is a discovery platform that lists primary (developer‑direct, new‑build) real‑estate projects and units in Egypt and lets you connect directly with real‑estate developers. Darna is not a broker, agent, seller, or party to any transaction between you and a developer. We do not offer resale listings.

2. Accounts

• To use certain features you create an account using your mobile number, verified by a one‑time code sent over WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and account secure, and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Listings & information

Project and unit details — including prices, availability, payment plans, delivery dates, images, and amenities — are provided by or derived from developers and may change without notice. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error‑free. Always confirm details directly with the developer before making any decision.

4. No advice

Content on the Service is for general information only and is not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by unauthorized means.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or harvest data about other users or developers.

6. Interactions with developers

When you submit an inquiry or request a contact number, your name and phone number are shared with the relevant developer so they can contact you. Any agreement, purchase, or transaction is solely between you and that developer. Darna is not responsible for the developers’ offers, conduct, or the outcome of any dealings.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, brand, and content we provide, is owned by Darna or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on listings or your dealings with developers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

شروط الاستخدام

أهلاً بك في Darna (دارنا). باستخدامك أو تنزيلك للتطبيق أو الموقع («الخدمة»)، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام دي. لو مش موافق، برجاء عدم استخدام الخدمة.

1. الخدمة

دارنا منصّة لاستكشاف المشاريع والوحدات العقارية الأساسية (مباشرة من المطوّر) في مصر، وبتتيح لك التواصل مباشرة مع المطوّرين. دارنا ليست وسيطًا أو سمسارًا أو بائعًا أو طرفًا في أي معاملة بينك وبين المطوّر، ولا نعرض وحدات إعادة بيع (Resale).

2. الحسابات

• لاستخدام بعض المزايا، بتنشئ حسابًا برقم موبايلك، ويتم تفعيله بكود لمرة واحدة يصلك على واتساب.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان رقمك وحسابك وعن أي نشاط يتم من خلاله.
• يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة وأن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل.

3. القوائم والمعلومات

تفاصيل المشاريع والوحدات — بما فيها الأسعار والتوافر وخطط السداد ومواعيد التسليم والصور والمرافق — مقدَّمة من المطوّرين أو مشتقّة منهم وقد تتغيّر دون إشعار. نعمل على دقة المعلومات لكن لا نضمن اكتمالها أو خلوّها من الأخطاء. يُرجى دائمًا تأكيد التفاصيل مباشرة مع المطوّر قبل اتخاذ أي قرار.

4. لا يُعد نصيحة

المحتوى المعروض لأغراض المعلومات العامة فقط، وليس نصيحة مالية أو استثمارية أو قانونية أو مهنية.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

• عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة تعطيلها أو الوصول إليها بطرق غير مصرّح بها.
• عدم تقديم محتوى كاذب أو مضلّل أو مخالف للقانون أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
• عدم استخدام الخدمة لإرسال رسائل مزعجة أو جمع بيانات المستخدمين أو المطوّرين.

6. التعامل مع المطوّرين

عند إرسالك استفسار أو طلب رقم تواصل، تتم مشاركة اسمك ورقم موبايلك مع المطوّر المعني ليتواصل معك. أي اتفاق أو شراء أو معاملة تكون حصريًا بينك وبين المطوّر، ودارنا غير مسؤولة عن عروض المطوّرين أو تصرّفاتهم أو نتائج أي تعاملات.

7. الملكية الفكرية

الخدمة، بما فيها تصميمها وعلامتها التجارية والمحتوى الذي نقدّمه، مملوكة لدارنا أو المرخّصين لها ومحميّة قانونًا. لا يجوز نسخها أو تعديلها أو إعادة توزيعها دون إذن.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توافرها» دون أي ضمانات. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل دارنا مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، أو خسائر ناتجة عن اعتمادك على القوائم أو تعاملك مع المطوّرين.

9. الإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول إلى الخدمة في أي وقت عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو لحماية الخدمة ومستخدميها. ويمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت.

10. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

11. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.
