This Privacy Policy explains how Darna (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Darna mobile application and website (the “Service”), which helps you discover primary real‑estate projects and units in Egypt and connect directly with developers.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name and mobile phone number, which you provide to create an account and verify it via a one‑time code (OTP) sent over WhatsApp. Email address is optional.
Activity you create: projects you save to favorites, inquiries and messages you send, and the projects/units where you request a developer’s contact number.
Notifications token: if you enable push notifications, a device push token (Apple APNs / Google FCM) so we can deliver notifications.
Technical data: basic device and log information needed to operate the app securely and reliably.

We do not collect payment or bank card information — the Service does not process payments.

2. How we use your information

Create and verify your account (WhatsApp OTP sign‑in).
Connect you with the relevant real‑estate developer when you submit an inquiry or request a contact number.
Show your saved projects and personalize your experience.
Send notifications you have enabled.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

3. How we share your information

With real‑estate developers: when you submit an inquiry or reveal/request a developer’s contact number, we share your name and phone number (and your message, if any) with that developer so they can contact you about the project. This is a core purpose of the Service.
Service providers: a messaging provider to deliver your WhatsApp verification code, hosting/infrastructure providers, and push‑notification providers (Apple, Google) — only as needed to run the Service.
Legal: when required by applicable law or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You may ask us to delete it at any time (see “Account & data deletion”).

5. Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@darnarealestate.casa from the phone/email on your account, or from within the app’s account settings where available. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with the law.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated in the app.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية دي كيف يقوم تطبيق Darna (دارنا) («نحن») بجمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك للتطبيق والموقع («الخدمة»)، واللي بيساعدك تستكشف المشاريع والوحدات العقارية الأساسية في مصر وتتواصل مباشرة مع المطوّرين.

1. البيانات اللي بنجمعها

بيانات الحساب: اسمك ورقم موبايلك، وبتقدّمهم لإنشاء الحساب وتفعيله عن طريق كود لمرة واحدة (OTP) بيوصلك على واتساب. البريد الإلكتروني اختياري.
نشاطك داخل التطبيق: المشاريع اللي بتحفظها في المفضّلة، والاستفسارات والرسائل اللي بتبعتها، والمشاريع/الوحدات اللي بتطلب فيها رقم تواصل المطوّر.
توكن الإشعارات: لو فعّلت الإشعارات، بنخزّن توكن جهازك (Apple APNs / Google FCM) عشان نوصّلك الإشعارات.
بيانات تقنية: معلومات أساسية عن الجهاز والتشغيل لازمة لتشغيل التطبيق بأمان وكفاءة.

إحنا لا نجمع أي بيانات دفع أو بطاقات بنكية — الخدمة لا تعالج أي مدفوعات.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

إنشاء حسابك وتفعيله (تسجيل الدخول بكود واتساب).
توصيلك بالمطوّر العقاري المعني عند إرسالك استفسار أو طلب رقم تواصل.
عرض مشاريعك المحفوظة وتحسين تجربتك.
إرسال الإشعارات اللي فعّلتها.
الحفاظ على الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وتحسين الخدمة.

3. كيف نشارك بياناتك

مع المطوّرين العقاريين: عند إرسالك استفسار أو طلب/إظهار رقم تواصل المطوّر، بنشارك اسمك ورقم موبايلك (ورسالتك إن وُجدت) مع المطوّر عشان يقدر يتواصل معاك بخصوص المشروع. وده غرض أساسي من الخدمة.
مزوّدو الخدمة: مزوّد رسائل لتوصيل كود التفعيل على واتساب، ومزوّدو الاستضافة والبنية التحتية، ومزوّدو الإشعارات (Apple وGoogle) — فقط بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة.
لأسباب قانونية: عند طلب القانون أو لحماية حقوقنا ومستخدمينا.

إحنا لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

4. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

بنحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما حسابك نشط. تقدر تطلب حذفها في أي وقت (شوف «حذف الحساب والبيانات»).

5. حذف الحساب والبيانات

تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت عن طريق مراسلتنا على hello@darnarealestate.casa من نفس الرقم/البريد المسجّل بحسابك، أو من إعدادات الحساب داخل التطبيق إن كانت متاحة. هنحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوم، ما عدا السجلات المحدودة اللي قد يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بها للامتثال للقانون.

6. حقوقك

تقدر تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. لممارسة أي من الحقوق دي، تواصل معانا عبر البيانات الموضّحة بالأسفل.

7. الأمان

بنستخدم إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة 100%، لكننا نعمل على حماية بياناتك.

8. الأطفال

الخدمة مخصّصة للبالغين (18+) وغير موجّهة للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من الأطفال.

9. التعديلات على السياسة

قد نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر، وهنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» بالأعلى، وقد نبلّغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق.
